SPARK PLUG CAP
Measure the resistance of the spark plug cap by touching one test lead at the wire end of the cap, and the other at the spark plug end
Resistance NOTE RECOMMENDED MULTITESTERS:
7.5-12.5 k!l

STARTER SWITCH (Tiller handle type only)
Connect the starter switch 2P connector, attach the tester leads to the 2P connector terminal joints, and push the starter switch knobThe switch is normal if there is continuity when the knob is pushed
Connect
COMBINATION SWITCH
Check for continuity between the terminals with the switch in each position
