It is not necessary to remove the coil: Remove the engine cover and disconnect the charging coil connector from the right side of the engine (P6-2)Measure the resistance between each terminal of the charging coil with the tester
Resistance
0.20-0.260
CHARGING COIL 12V-10A (OPTIONAL)
Measure the resistance between each terminal of the charging coil kit with the tester
Resistance
0.17-0.23 U
