HONDABF36A46A CAMSHAFT OIL CLEARANCE
1) Set plastigauge axially on each camshaft journal2) Install the camshaft holders, No.1, 2, and 4, and each 14 mm dowel pins
[1] PLASTIGAUGE
3) Tighten the 70 mm flange bolts and 35 mm flange
bolts to the specified torque
TORQUE: 70 mm flange bolts 14 Nm (1.4 kg-m, 10.1 ft-Ibl 35 mm flange bolts 12 Nm (1.2 kg-m, 8.7 ft-Ib) CAUTION
Do not rotate the shaft while tightening boltsTighten inner bolts first, then outer side with the same torque value
4) Remove the camshaft holder No.1, 2, and 4, and check the width of each plastigauge using scaleMeasure the width at its widest pointSTANDARD SERVICE LIMIT
