TIMING BELT
INSTALLATION: ,) Set the pulser rotor over the camshaft and tighten the lOx 32 mm flange bolt using the special tool as shownTORQUE: 57 Nm (5.7 kg-m41.2 ft-Ib) TOOL: 56 mm lock nut wrench

2) Install the timing belt guide plate25 14 mm woodruff keyand the timing pulley on the crankshaft 6-313) Attach the special tool to the pulser rotorand align the mark on the pulser rotor with the "Tt" mark on the cylinder head by turning the pulser rotor counterclockwise lin the normal rotating direction of the camshaft!
CAUTION
Do not rotate the pulser rotor clockwise
4) Align the mark on the timing pulley with the "I" mark
on the cylinder block5) Move the timing belt tensioner to the position of slackening
the belt and install the belt on the timing pulley side firstthen install on the pulser rotor
