HONDABF315A 4!5A 4) Move the diaphragm up and down slowly until the clearance between the assist plate and thronle opener cam is 4.2 mm (0.17 in)While holding the clearance, tighten the 16 mm torx bolts using the special toolAttach the thronle rod to the thronle cam

Throttle rod length adjustment: 1) Move the throttle arm to the fully open position and be sure that the arm contacts the full open position stopper2) Check that the thronle cam is at the full open position, too3) If either the throttle arm does not contact the stopper or the throttle cam is not at the full open position, adjust as follows

4) Loosen the linkage pivot lock nut, detach the linkage pivot from the throttle cam, and adjust by .turning the pivotTighten the lock nut securely5) After adjustment, move the carburetor throttle lever to the fully open position and be sure that there is clearance of mm (0.04 in) or less between the carburetor throttle lever and the fully open position stopper6) If the clearance is more than mm (0.04 in)readjust by turning the linkage pivot
