12) Turn the lock in or out until there is mrn (0.31 in) from the cable endScrew the throttle cable pivot in about turns until it contacts the lock nutApply waterproof grease the sliding surface of the pivot boltInstall the throttle cable pivot the throttle arm with the pivot bolt

1Move the remote control lever as far as it goes forward and check that the throttle link is full open positionSet the remote control lever the NEUTRAL position and check that the throttle is full closed position (There should be clearance between the throttle link and throttle lever as shown)14) If not, remove the cable pivot and adjust the cable length turning the cable pivotAfter adjustment, tighten the lock nut
