STARTER ROPE ASSEMBLY
1) Route one end of the recoil starter rope through the hole in the recoil starter reel and tie knot in the endWind the starter rope on the reel in the direction of the arrow

2) Set the recoil starter spring end on the recoil starter case tab and wind the spring so that it installed in the case
