UPPER CHAMBER HYDRAULIC PRESSURE 1) Remove the gauge joint body that is for measurement of the lower chamber hydraulic pressure from the valve body Install the gauge joint body that is for measurement of the upper chamber hydraulic pressure in the valve bodyTighten the special tool to the specified torque[I] GAUGE JOINT 070PJ-V150200
TORQUE: 1.7(0.17 kgf am, 1.2 Ibfmft)
CAUTION: Be sure remove the special tool with the piston rod fully extended, or ATF spurts outA small amount of ATF flows out after removing the gauge joint body BInstall the gauge joint body quicklyInstall the sealing washer securely not let it collapse in the valve body Attach commercially available pressure gauge to the special tool that is set in the valve bodyUse the pressure gauge which measures 20 Mpa (200 kgfcm2,2,800 psi) or above141 SEALING WASHER
