1) Set the brushes on the each holder 2Apply grease to the bearing and oil seal lip and install the armatureRemove burrs from the armature shaft with fine emery paper before assemblyTake care not to damage the oil seal during assembly

3) Set the brush springs over the mounting pins of the brush holder4) Set the lower straight part of the brush spring in the groove of the brush holder5) Set the upper straight part of the brush spring on the hook of the brush holder
