4POWER TILT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
Remove the following:power tilt motor wire harness from the motor (P12-5 and 12-6)- friction adjusting lever (Tiller handle type only P12-4 of base shop manual)- mount frame (P12-6 of the base shop manual)Open the wire band and wire band clip and free the motor wire haness from the right stern bracket, then pull the motor wire harness from the left stern bracket with the motor wire bushingRemove the mm screw and ground wire from the power tilt assemblyRemove the adjusting rodRemove the mm self-locking nut and mm plain washerRemove the distance collar and lower cylinder collarTilt up the swivel case, and remove the 15 mm external circlip and upper cylinder pin and remove the power tilt assembly
