b TILT LEVER REPLACEMENT [2] TILT (FREE)
Before removing the tilt lever, set the tilt lever to the run position Install the tilt lever by aligning the mounting hole of the lever with the tilt lever shaft as shown
CAUTION: Store the gas-assisted damper upright with the upper cylinder pin mounting part toward upDo not store the gas-assisted damper by laying it on its side or with the lower cylinder bushing installation part toward up
141 mm SELF-LOCKING NUT 12 N-m (1.2 kgfm, lbfoft)
cDISPOSAL
1) Set the tilt lever in the "TILT" position with the piston rod fully extended, then remove the tilt lever
2) Center punch the reservoir end to mark the drilling point3) Wrap the damper inside plastic bag and support the damper in vice as shown4) Through the open end of the plastic bag, insert drill motor with sharpmm (5164118 in) drill bit
