2SWIVEL CASE aREMOVAL
1) Remove the engine (see Section of the base shop manual)then remove the following:oil case (P12-2 of the base shop manual)- friction adjusting lever (P12-4 of the base shop rnanual)- mount frame (P12-6 of the base shop manual)2) Remove the stern bracket (Gas assisted tilt type: P12-2 and Power tilt type: 12-5 thru12-7)
3) Remove the 15 rnm external circlipReplace with new one during reassembly4) Remove the upper cylinder pin and separate the gas assisted damper assembly or power tilt assembly from the swivel case5) Remove the upper cylinder bushings if necessary
