2RECOIL STARTER aREMOVAL
1Remove the engine cover,
2) Disconnect the neutral start cable from the stopper arm
NEUTRAL START CABLE STOPPER ARM
3) Pull out the neutral start cable from the recoil starter
case4) Remove the three 22 flange bolts and recoil starter assembly
