1PROPELLER aREMOVAL
1) Remove the cotter pin and discard it
2) Remove the 10 castle nut and washer3) Remove the propeller and thrust washer
COTTER PIN DO not reuse
bINSTALLATION
1) Apply marine grease to the spline and thread sections of the propeller shaft2) Install the thrust washer with the flange section toward the gear case
MARINE GREASE
3) Install the propeller and 10 washer onto the propeller shaft4) Tighten the 10 castle nut to the specified torque
F21 THRUST WASHER
TORQUE: N-m (0.1 kgf-m, 0.7 Ibf-ft)
