DISASSEMBLY AND SERVICE
CYLINDER HEAD REMOVAL
SINGLE OPERATION
1Turn lock lever (1) and remove the engine cover (2)
2Remove four mm bolts (3) to remove cylinder head cover (4)Raise tube clamps (5) to release the tubes
3Unscrew the two mm bolts to separate the carburetor assembly (7) from intake manifold (9)Loosen the three mm bolts (6) to remove the COl unit (8) from the manifoldDisconnect the cooling water check tube (10) and bypass tube (11) from the inlet manifold
