Torque: 1.7-2.5 N-m (17-25 kg-cm, 1.2-1.8 ft-lb) 7) After adjustment, loosen the throttle friction knob, and move the shift lever to "NEUTRAL"Turn the throttle grip all the way to "FAST", and check that engine speed 4,700-5,000 min"'rpm)8) Adjust the idle speed (page 21 )
