REMOVAL: '} Make mark on the crankshaft and timing gear as shown2} Remove the timing gear using hydraulic press
INSTALLATION: '} Using the old gear for reference, mark line at the same posi tion on the new gear2} Use hydraulic press and the Driver (special tool) to press on the new timing gear with the reference marks aligned

REMOVAL: Drive out the crankshaft bearing
