align the alignment mark on the carburetor throttle lever with the end of the throttle stopTighten the throttle rod set bolt securelyTorque: 1.7-2.5 Nm (17-26 kg-cm, 1.2-1.8 ft-Ib) 7) After adjustment, loosen the throttle friction knob, and move the shift lever to "NEUTRAL"Turn the throttle grip all the way to "FAST", and check that engine speed is 4,700-5,000 min- (rpm)8) Adjust the idle speed (page 20)

1) Move the shift lever to the "FORWARD" position, and
remove the plug from the shift rod inspection hole in the extension case2) Loosen the mm bolt on the shaft rod joint, and adjust the height of the lower shift rod, so the end of the rod extends 5.5 1.0 mm (0.22 0.04 in) above the shift rod joint3) Check gear shift operation by moving the shift lever to each gear positionReinstall the plug in the inspection hole
