With the throttle grip in the full close position (i.e" mark on the throttle grip is in alignment with the throttle mark's full close position), be sure that the throttle cam's alignment marks are behind the pivot roller center4) With the throttle grip in the position of the above
5) If the conditions of the previous steps 3) and 4) are satisfied, remove the from the throttle cam and adjust by loosening the lock nut and turning the linkage pivot (see page 13)6) After adjustment, tighten the lock nut and install the throttle rod on the throttle cam (see page 13)
