STEERING HANDLE BRACKET INSTALLATION
1) Turn the outboard motor either to the right or left and set the steering handle bracket end over the 10 stud bolts on the mount frame2) Install the two 10 washers and two 10 self locking nuts on the outboard motor and tighten the self-locking nuts to the specified torqueTORQUE: 34 N-rn (3.5 kgf-m, 25 Ibf-ftl STEERING HANDLE BRACKET
STEERING FRICTION INSPECTION ADJUSTMENT
1) Set the friction lever in the lock position (i.emove fully the left until it contacts the stopper)2) Apply the load of 100 (10.0 kgf, 22.05 Ibf) to the center of the long tiller handle throttle grip, and be sure that the long tiller handle does not moveSTOPPER
