MOUNTING BOLTS (COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE) INSTALLATION 1) Mark two installation hole points (four in total) on the transom of the boat at the right and left mirror image positions with the transom center line betweenNOTE: Do not drill hole in the wood block attached to the transom of the boatBe sure that the upper bolt holes are not located above the position shown in the drawing (more than 25 mm (1.0 in) from top of the transom board)Drill the lower bolt holes so that mounting bolts contact the upper end of the stern bracket OUTBOARD MOTOR INSTALLATION
CAUTION: If the outboard motor is the remote control type, connect the steering guide cable the outboard motor before installation1) Apply the sealing agent (silicone sealant) to the

bolts and the bolt holes2) Attach the outboard motor on the hull3) Tighten the outboard motor securely with the 12
