SHIFT UNIT DISASSEMBLY 1) Remove the two screws and remove the lock plate2 Remove the two screws and remove the spring guide, spring, shift arm pin and roller
Remove the shift gear and bushing from the shift plate
[4] LOCK PLATE
SHIFT ARM PIN
[7] SHIFT FRAME
STEERING BRACKET
1) Remove the 12 mm lock nut, 12 mm hexnut, 14 mm wave washer and distance collarRemove the 12 80 mm hex bolt and 12 mm washerRemove the steerina bracket Remove the 12 mm thrust washerRemove the steering handle bushings if necessaryReplace with new ones when the steering handle busings are removed
