7) Install the other friction disc onto the friction lever shaft by aligning the cutout with the boss on the swivel case and facing the disc surface toward the friction plate 8) Install the mm nylon washer, friction adjusting lever and mm washer
9) Turn the adjusting lever to the left side fully, and hold it in this position and tighten the mm self-locking nut to the specified torque
