Check all items on the following listRefer to the Owner's Manual or Shop Manual for specifications and detailed proceduresTest every unit to be sure it is functioning properlyCheck to be sure the throttle linkage operates smoothly with the remote control lever at the full throttle positionThe chokefast idle lever must be in the idle position
Make sure the choke mechanism operates properlyTILLER HANDLE CONTROL SYSTEM
After completing the Pre-Delivery Service and Operation check lists, fill out the HONDA MARINE Delivery Check List (#TM023)Give the yellow copy to the customerEXTERNAL APPEARANCE Check for paint scratches; touch up if necessaryINSTALLATION LOCATION Check for correct installation locationCheck the outboard motor for the correct installation heightMake sure the motor mount bolts are tightCheck to be sure sealant has been applied to the transom mounting bolt holes
