THROTTLE CONTROL CABLE ADJUSTMENT 1) Set the throttle grip in the full open position and be sure there is gap of mm or less between the carburetor throttle lever and carburetor full open stopper1 mm OR LESS
3) With the throttle grip in the full close position heAmark on the throttle grip is in alignment with the throttle mark's full close position), be sure that the throttle cam's alignment marks are behind the pivot roller center4) With the throttle grip in the position of the above step 3) and the throttle cam's alignment marks are behind the pivot roller center, be sure that there is gap between the pivot roller and the front end of the throttle cam
CARBURETOR FULL OPEN
FULL CLOSE POSITION
CARBURETOR THROTTLE LEVER
2) If the gap is more than mm, adjust as follows
-1Disconnect the throttle rod from the throttle camLoosen the lock nut and adjust by turning the linkage pivot-2After adjustment, tighten the lock nut and reconnect the throttle rod to the throttle cam
