Check the starting torque by measuring the starting force using spring scale at the center of the throttle gripThe motor should start to move at 100 (10.0 kgf, 22.0 lbf) of forceIf the starting force is less than 100 (10.0 kgf, 22.0 lbf), move the throttle friction lever fully to the left (i.ein the lock position) and tighten the mm self-locking nut to the specified torque TORQUE: 8.5 N-m(0.85 kgf-m, 6.1 lbf-ft)Recheck the starting forceIf the starting force is less than 100 (10.0 kgf, 22.0 lbf), check the friction block disc surface for contamination with grease (P13-1)
