DISASSEMBLY: Hold the armature upright, place an offset box wrench over the stopper piece and push the stopper piece down exposing the snap ringRemove the snap ring; then, remove the stopper piece and clutchASSEMBLY: Check for smooth movement in axial direction by rotating the clutchCheck the gear teeth for wear or damage; replace if necessaryAlso, check the flywheel ring gear teeth if the pinion gear teeth are damagedRING
