10) Pass the starter rope end through the rope hole in the starter case, recoil seal and recoil starter knob and tie knot in the end of the rope

1 1) Install the starter roller, roller guide and washer and tighten the 14 mrn hexboltCheck whether the recoil starter rope is securely set in the groove of the starter roller
