2THROTTLE CAM
DISASSEMBLYIASSEMBLY
Remove the engine cover
[I] 12.5 24 6.7 [I OPENER CAM RETU I]
[9] ASSIST PLATE
1 ASSIST SPRING 8
ASSEMBLY: 1) Align the point "A" of the assist spring with the groove in the throttle cam) Set the projection of the assist plate in the hook of the assist spring and align the flat surface of the throttle cam with the tab of the assist plateThen, assemble with the collar and tighten the bolt
[61 THROTTLE ROD PIVOT
ASSEMBLY: Perform the following adjustment after adjusting the throttle and before tightening the lock nut1)Set the throttle rod pivot of the throttle arm side at an angle of 90 2)Tilt down the throttle rod pivot of the throttle cam side as far as it goes and tighten the lock nut securely as shown
