CONTROL CABLE SELECTION 1Select mounting location which allows easy access and unrestricted operation of the control lever, and make sure that there are no other parts obstructing the cables and all components between the remote control box and the outboard motorNOTE: The remote control box is normally mounted the starboard side, can be adapted reversed control lever position (port side installation)n Recommended position to install the control is close to the corner of the front seat with the control lever in the
NOTE: The bending diameter of cable must never be less
than 400 (16 in)If the cable is routed in tight arc, resistance on the control lever will increase, and throttle operation is no longer possibleThis may lead to loss of control over the craftThe cable length must be calculated in such way that an unrestricted operation is possible, even the outboard motors are tilted or turned to one sideIf the cable length is insufficient, the cable must be replaced with the one that has correct length
