7) Install the bruises and brush springs in the brush holder 8) Apply oil to the O-ring and install the insulator collar and O-ring to the brush holder

9) Install the brush holder to the rear housing by aligning the tab of the brush holder with groove of the rear housing as shown10)lnstall the insulator and mm washer and tighten the mm washer nut securelyBRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY

11)Apply grease to the armature shaftInstall the washers onto the armature shaftNote the washers installation position12)Make sure that the seal ring is in good condition, replace if necessaryInstall the seal ringSet the seal ring onto the stepped section of the yoke properly taking care not to pinch with the yoke and rear housing
