1) Install the throttle cable on the tiller handle by aligning
the setting groove of the cable outer into the concave of the tiller handle as shownSet the cable set plate and tighten the two 12 mrn self-tapping screws, securelyTORQUE: 1.5 Nmm (0.15 kgfem, 1.1 Ibf eft)
