Formula: Inner race height (distance J)21.5Tolerance
Example: When the inner race height (distance J) is 21.4 mm (0.84 in), 21.4-21.5=-0.1

Therefore, the calculation value is -0.1 mm (-0.004 in), 3) Cross reference the calculation value and the engagement mark located on the trim tab installation part of the gear case, and select the shim of the appropriate thickness from the shim selection table accordingly
