Overheat alert system
When the ECM receives the voltage signal from the overheat sensor mounted at the cylinder head exhaust port, the ECM detects overheating and alerts the condition by turning the red overheat light ON and with the continuous warning buzzer soundThen, the ECM controls the engine speedThe ECM drops the engine speed to 1,800 min-I(rpm)If the ECM detects overheating again 10 seconds after the engine speed dropped, it drops the engine speed further to 1,000 min-I(rpm)The ECM stops the engine if it still detects overheating 10 seconds after the engine speed dropped to 1,000 min-I (rpm)The engine returns to the normal speed gradually when the problem is corrected
