THRUST SHIM (LCD and XCD types only)
Remove the 50 82 21.5taper bearing inner race if it is mounted on the bearing holder assembly (I? 12-19)
15 Measure the height of the 50 82 taper bearing inner )
race (distance J) and record it
2) Determine the calculation value using the inner race height (distance J) and the following formulaFormula: Inner race height (distance J)21.5 =Tolerance Example: When the inner race height (distance J) is 21.4mm (0.84in) 21.4-21.5= -0.1 Therefore, the calculation value is0.1mm (- 0.004in)

3) Cross reference the calculation value and the engagement
mark located on the trim tab installation part of the gear case, and select the shim of the appropriate thickness from the shim selection table accordinglyShim type table
