4BALANCER BEARING REPLACEMENT
Dismount the cylinder block as single unit and place it on firm level surface with the crankcase-mating surface toward UP-
Removalinstallationshould be made for each bearing one after anotherRemove each bearing from the flywheel side to the timing belt sideInstallation must be made from the timing belt side to the flywheel sideThe balancer bearing removal mounted on the cylinder block can be made in the same manner by changing the attachment size and the installation position- -

REMOVAL:
1) Remove the two 30 mm sealing bolts from the cylinder block2) Install each special tool as shown
