Remove the cylinder head assembly (P9-11Store the removed parts securely classifying them into the groups of the intake side and the exhaust side of each cylinderReplace the valve stem seals and whenever they are removedRemove the valves slowlyRemoving the valves quickly can damage the valve stem sealsApply engine oil to each cylinder head component before assemblyRemovalfinstallation of the rocker arm assembly must be made by loosening the lock nuts of all rocker arms and loosening the adjusting screws fully (P.9-10)Remove the rocker arm assembly from the cylinder head without removing the rockerarm assembly mounting bolts (12 bolts)r11
