REMOVAL: Remove the 16 49 bolt-washer using the special tools as shownNOTE: Do not use an impact wrenchRemove the 16 49 bolt-washer while holding the crankshaft pulley with the special toolDo not turn the crankshaft counterclockwiseTOOLS: Holder attachment, 50 mm, offset Holder handle INSTALLATION: NOTE: Do not use an impact wrenchTighten the 16 49 mm bolt-washer while holding thecrankshaft pulley with the special tootDo not turn the crankshaft pulley counterclockwiseCheck the balancer belt drive pulley, crankshaft pulley, and the 16 49 bolt-washaer for degreasing, cleaning and lubrication (P.6-4)Using the special tools, tighten the 16 49 bolt-washer to the specified torqueTORQUE: 245 N-m (25.0 kgf-m, 181 Ibf-ft) TOOLS: Holder attachment, 50 mm, offset Holder handle HOLDER HANDLE 07JAB-001020B 16 49 BOLT-WASHER
