aOPERATION CHECK
Check the PCV chamber operation before disassemblyRemove the propeller and place the outboard motor gear case in test tank filled with waterStart the engine and warm it up to the normal operating temperature, then check the operationCheck the PCV tube and the breather tube and for cracks, disconnection, clog, looseness, etc1) Pinch the PCV tube lightly with the fingers during idlingCheck the PCV valve for operation sound2) If there is no operation sound, replace the PCV valve and
