Check each tube and hose for cracks and other damage before connectionReplace the tubes and hoses if necessarySet the clips, clamps and other fittings in the designated places securely by referring to the tube routing (P2-45)Removalinstallation of the partstunits other than the intake manifold can be made with the intake manifold assembly mounted on the outboard motor, Remove the intake manifold assembly (P5-67)
