bADJUSTMENT ENGINE COVER HOOK
1) Tighten the 16 socket bolt at the center of the long
111 (FRONT SIDE
hole in the engine cover hook2) Install the engine cover on the outboard motor and secure
the fronthear cover lock levers3) Be sure that the gap between the engine cover and the engine undercase is 4.85.8 rnrn (0.190.23 in) as shown
Measure the gap at the front side and the rear side respectively4) If the measurement is outside the specification, adjust as
follows
