3) Be sure that each alignment mark is proper alignment, turn the crankshaft pulley turns clockwise, then slowly turn it clockwise further by notches of the timing belt driven gearThen, the counterclockwise by notch of the timing belt driven pulley gear
If the crankshaft pulley was turned more than notches of the timing belt driven pulley gear, turn the crankshaft pulley clockwise to bring the No1 piston at its compression stroke, then repeat the belt tension adjustment procedure explained aboveBe sure that the spark plugs are installed properly4) Tighten the adjusting nut and the adjusting bracket bolt to the specified torque1
