14) Remove oil and grease from the balancer belt drive pulley, crankshaft pulley and the 16 49 mm bolt-washer, clean them and check the oil application points on these parts (f? 6-4115) Install the crankshaft pulley and tighten the 16x 49 mm boltwasher using the special tools TOOLS: Holder attachment, 50 mm, offset Holder handle

16) Check each pulley for proper alignment againIf the pulleys are out of alignment, adjust by repeating the procedure from the step through step 11If the pulleys are in proper alignment, tighten the adjusting nut and the adjusting bracket bolt to the specified torque
