Installation: Install new alternator belt in the reverse order of removal, but note the followingTighten the mm flagne nut and the 10 80 mm flange bolt in this orderTORQUE: 44 N-m (4.5 kgfmm, 33 Ibfaft) (10 80 mm flange bolt) 24 Nm (2.4 kgf-m, 17 Ibf-ft) (8 flange nut) Check the belt tension or deflection (P.3-14)Adjust the belt tension

inspection:
1) Remove the engine cover and the timing belt upper cover (P3-5 and 6)
2) Check the balancer belt for wear and damageReplace the balancer belt if it is worn or damaged
3) If the balamcer belt and the related parts are contaminated with oil or grease, clean them and replace the balancer belt with new oneReplacement: 1) Remove the alternator belt (P3-14)2) Prepare the 10 mm bolt (pitch: 1.0 mm)
