4GEAR CASE OIL
Inspection:
1) Position the outboard motorvertically2) Remove the oil level bolt and check whether the gear case
oil flows out of the gear caseIf it flows out, be sure to catch the oil in suitable container3) If the oil does not flow out, add oil
Addition of gear oil:
1) Remove the oil drain bolt, and install the commercially
available gear oil pump in the oil drain bolt hole
2) Remove the oil level bolt, and add gear oil until it flows out of the oil level bolt holeI
