Inspection 1Impeller
Check the impeller and keyway in the impeller for wear or damage, and replace the impeller if necessary2Impeller housing Check the inside surface of the housing for wear, and replace the housing if necessary3Water tubes Fit the tube in the seal ring to check for looseness
Assembly
1Install the water screen to the gear case and driver in the plug2Install the pump gasket and impeller cover on the gear caseAttach the impeller key to the pinion shaft and install the pump impeller
