Install the friction sorine and collar in the starter case j Ci r
Slightly lift the inside end of the recoil starter spring, and install the starter pulley in the starter case while attaching the spring hook to the pulley stopper
5Install the starter ratchets to the starter pulley and then install the return spring
Fit the slot (1) in the friction plate to the hook of the return spring, and rotate the friction plate 113 turns clockwise to give preload, and secure them with the washer, lock washer and rnm bolt
