BFBD-BF9.9D 4) Install the detent spring and tighten the 12 mm flange bolt securely Apply grease to the roller of the detent spring
dINSTALLATION
1) Apply marine grease to the upper cylinder bushings and install them to the swivel case as shown2) Install the power tilt assembly with the power tilt motor facing to the right side, then install the upper cylinder pin and secure it with the 15 mm external circlip3) Install the following in the reverse order of removal:stern bracket (p12-5 thru12-9)- oil case (P12-1 of the base shop manual)friction adjusting lever (P12-3 of the base shop manual)- mount frame (p12-5 of the base shop manual)- engine (see Section of the base shop manual)LEFT SIDE
