BFBO-BF9.90 4) Route the battery cables 5) Tighten the battery cable ground terminal to the cylinder block using the 12 mm flange bolt6) Connect the battery cable positive terminal to the starter magnetic switch and install the mm terminal nutAdjust the terminal direction shown and tighten the terminal nut to the specified torque45
6 mm TERMINAL NUT BATTERY CABLE
TOROUE: 6.5 Nm (0.65 kgfm, 4.7 Ibf.ft)
7) Clamp the battery cable and charge coil wire ith the
wire band on the starter magnetic switch8) Route the battery cable (fuse line) as shown and secure it with the wire bands and lap the wires with the spiral protectors 9) Connect the white wire connectors and set them to the connector holder on the starter case 10) Set the fuse holder to the fuse holder bracket and secure the wires as shown
