Measure starter motor performance while cranking the engineIf the performance is out of the specifications, disassemble (P16-2 thru 16-4) and inspect (P16-5 and 16-7) To get accurate results, the test must be performed in the normal ambient temperature Installing the battery, connect the positive cable first then negative cable
